How to request deletion

  1. 1Send an email to info@matmad.co.uk with the subject line: Data Deletion Request
  2. 2Include the email address associated with your HauliK Driver account.
  3. 3We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.

What data is deleted

Deleted immediately

Account profile, name, email address, messages, working time records

Retained for legal compliance, then deleted

Vehicle inspection records — retained for 15 months (DVSA / O-licence requirement)
Job records and proof of delivery — retained for 7 years (commercial / legal requirement)

Note for employed drivers

Job and inspection records are owned by your employer (the transport operator). Deletion of these records is subject to the operator's legal obligations. We will notify your employer of your request.
