Ultra can create invoice drafts from delivered jobs for the same billing customer, then issue and email the invoice. HauliK does not integrate with accounting tools or collect online payment.

Keep each delivery’s proof with the right stop
Imagine one collection followed by two deliveries. A signature from the first recipient does not explain what happened at the second drop. Per-stop proof of delivery lets the office review each delivery separately when answering a query.
- 1. Record the delivery. The driver updates the stop and captures the recipient details, optional signature and photos relevant to that drop.
- 2. Review the evidence. The office opens the job to check the stop history and available POD before responding to the customer.
- 3. Prepare the invoice on Ultra. Delivered jobs for the same billing customer can enter the invoicing workflow. The office reviews and issues the invoice; capturing POD does not automatically send an invoice.
