What it is — and isn’t

Practical billing, not an accounting suite

HauliK invoicing helps you raise, send and reconcile customer invoices for haulage work. It is deliberately focused — you keep control of your own accounting.

What it does

Invoices from delivered jobs, PDF download and email, full and partial payments, credit notes, statements, manual reminders, aged debtors and CSV export.

What it doesn’t do

No online payment collection or payment links, no recurring invoices, no automatic scheduled reminders, no bank reconciliation and no HMRC/MTD filing.

Your accountant

Export invoices, payments and credit notes as readable CSV files. HauliK does not integrate directly with Xero or QuickBooks.

FAQ

Haulage invoicing software questions

Is invoicing included in every HauliK plan?
No. Customer invoicing and finance are part of HauliK Ultra. Lower plans cover checks, jobs, proof of delivery and other operational records. You can compare what each plan includes on the pricing page.
Can I invoice several delivered jobs on one invoice?
Yes. You can raise an invoice from a single delivered job or combine multiple delivered jobs for the same billing customer, then edit the charge lines before issuing.
Can HauliK email invoices to customers?
Yes. Authorised office users can email an issued invoice with its PDF attached to the customer’s billing email, and resend it later. Sending stays a manual action — HauliK does not send automatic scheduled invoice sequences.
Does HauliK track partial payments and overdue invoices?
Yes. You can record full or partial payments with a method, date and reference. Invoices show unpaid, part-paid, paid and overdue states with the outstanding balance, and an aged-debtors finance dashboard shows what is outstanding by customer.
Does HauliK collect payments or connect to accounting software?
No. HauliK records the payments you enter and helps you organise outstanding and overdue balances. It does not collect payments online, provide payment links, perform bank reconciliation, or integrate with Xero, QuickBooks or HMRC/MTD filing. You can export your invoicing data as CSV files for your accountant.
