Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for safe, lawful and fair use of HauliK.

Business-use policy
This policy is incorporated into the HauliK Terms of Service. HauliK is intended for business transport operators and their authorised users, not for consumer personal use.
1. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for their users, drivers, account configuration, uploaded content and operational decisions. HauliK helps record, organise and evidence workflows, but it does not replace the customer's legal, transport, safety, maintenance, O-licence or data-protection responsibilities.
2. Prohibited Uses
You must not use HauliK, or permit anyone else to use HauliK, to:
- break the law or process personal data unlawfully;
- create, upload or rely on false, misleading or falsified operational, compliance, check, defect, POD or signature records;
- upload unlawful, offensive, infringing, malicious, irrelevant or unsafe content;
- upload malware, scripts, harmful files or content intended to disrupt systems;
- attempt to bypass authentication, row-level security, storage policies, access controls, rate limits or tenant separation;
- probe, scan, stress-test, overload, scrape or attack the service or its providers;
- reverse engineer the service except to the extent mandatory law permits;
- share accounts, passwords or invitation links outside the intended recipient;
- use support, trial or demo accounts abusively or to avoid payment limits;
- store special category personal data unless it is lawful, necessary and agreed where required;
- use HauliK for safety-critical real-time navigation, vehicle control or emergency response;
- use HauliK for illegal, adult, gambling, sanctions-restricted or high-risk activity unrelated to lawful transport operations.
3. Driver App Safety
Drivers must not use the HauliK Driver app while driving or where mobile phone use would be unsafe, illegal or contrary to the operator's policies. Operators are responsible for training drivers and ensuring mobile workflows are used safely.
4. Uploaded Evidence and Records
Customers are responsible for making sure uploaded photos, documents, signatures and notes are lawful, accurate, relevant and retained according to their own obligations. HauliK does not independently verify uploaded evidence or guarantee that a record will satisfy any regulator, court, insurer or customer.
5. Enforcement
MAT MAD LTD may investigate suspected breaches and may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for non-payment, abuse, security risk, illegal use, excessive load, breach of terms or protection of other customers.
