- Yes. The HauliK Driver app (iOS and Android) lets drivers complete walkaround checks, coupling checks and load security inspections from their phone. Checks can include photo evidence and record a GPS timestamp where location is available at submission.
- Does HauliK support defect reporting?
- Yes. Failed check items create defect records in the office dashboard for authorised users to review. Major and dangerous defects trigger urgent owner/admin review, and authorised users can record a Vehicle Off Road (VOR) decision. The workflow retains the defect, repair and return-to-service history.

It does not collect payments online, send automatic scheduled reminders, or integrate with Xero, QuickBooks or HMRC/MTD filing.
